About the Facilitator
Dr. Jenny LaBonte comes to us with 20 years of experience as a board certified family physician and a certified health/life coach. She combines her passion for people, nutrition and teaching in this fun and interactive weight loss program. As a mother of four and an active member of the Auburn community, Jenny has found the key to successful weight loss is not just in minding the type of food we eat, but also in minding the habits and emotions we have around eating.
