End your day with an evening yoga class and/or guided meditation session designed to focus the body and mind.
Both classes are appropriate for all ability levels, and drop-ins are always welcome!

Evening Gentle Yoga

A gentle yoga practice that brings peaceful rejuvenation to the body and quiet focus to the mind. Appropriate for all ability levels. Drop-ins welcome.

Guided Meditation

Take a little time out to gain some new understanding, and to learn just how easy it can be to make simple changes in your life. This self-directed approach to mindfulness is very effective in achieving balanced insight when we find that our minds or bodies are not serving us to our best potential. Join us on a shared journey toward unlocking your potential for improved health, happiness, peace, and joy. Drop-ins are welcome.
