Our Morning Gentle YogaEvening Gentle Yoga, and Guided Meditation classes are open to anyone from the Auburn and surrounding communities. Classes begin the last week of September. Register for six-week sessions, or simply drop in when you can!

Morning Gentle Yoga

Morning class perfect for those who are looking for a nurturing, slow-paced, and relaxing yoga practice. Appropriate for beginners, people with limited mobility or injuries, and anyone who is just looking for a gentle practice. Drop-ins are welcome!

Fridays, 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

$48 six-week session/$10 drop-in

A quiet evening class designed to focus the body and mind. Appropriate for all ability levels. Drop-ins are welcome!

Guided Meditation                               

Take a little time out to gain some new understanding, and to learn just how easy it can be to make simple changes in your life. This self-directed approach to mindfulness is very effective in achieving balanced insight when we find that our minds or bodies are not serving us to our best potential. Join us on a shared journey toward unlocking your potential for improved health, happiness, peace, and joy. Drop-ins are welcome.
