Our Morning Gentle Yoga, Evening Gentle Yoga, and Guided Meditation classes are open to anyone from the Auburn and surrounding communities. Classes begin the last week of September. Register for six-week sessions, or simply drop in when you can!

Morning Gentle Yoga
Morning class perfect for those who are looking for a nurturing, slow-paced, and relaxing yoga practice. Appropriate for beginners, people with limited mobility or injuries, and anyone who is just looking for a gentle practice. Drop-ins are welcome!

Guided Meditation
Take a little time out to gain some new understanding, and to learn just how easy it can be to make simple changes in your life. This self-directed approach to mindfulness is very effective in achieving balanced insight when we find that our minds or bodies are not serving us to our best potential. Join us on a shared journey toward unlocking your potential for improved health, happiness, peace, and joy. Drop-ins are welcome.
