Starting Tuesday, March 27, Pakachoag Church will be offering evening Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation classes. Restorative Yoga will run from 5:30-6:30PM and Guided Meditation will  follow from 6:30-7:15PM. The classes may be taken separately, or together for a deeper experience. Participants may register for a six-week session or attend either class on a drop-in basis.

Restorative Yoga

A quiet evening class designed to focus the body and mind. Appropriate for all ability levels. Drop-ins are welcome!

Tuesdays, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Session I: March 27 – May 8 (no class April 24) | Session II: May 22 – June 26
Location: Great Hall*
$48 six-week session/$10 drop-in

*The location for this class has been changed from the Parlor to the Great Hall.

Guided Meditation

Take a little time out to gain some new understanding, and to learn just how easy it can be to make simple changes in your life. This self-directed approach to mindfulness is very effective in achieving balanced insight when we find that our minds or bodies are not serving us to our best potential. Join us on a shared journey toward unlocking your potential for improved health, happiness, peace, and joy. Drop-ins are welcome.
