Event Facilities
Pakachoag Church 's facilities are available to individuals and groups for private functions for a user fee. A schedule of fees is available through the church office.
We provide the following

- Rooms able to accommodate groups in size from 20 to 180

Please note
Pakachoag is a non-smoking building
- Alcoholic beverages are allowed only by prior arrangement, and may require a day permit issued by the Town of Auburn
- Outside vendors, such as caterers, are allowed only by prior approval, and need to provide a certificate of insurance
The Great Hall is the main room of the building and can seat 180 persons for a meeting, or accommodate a maximum of 144 at round tables for dining. A parlor with a moveable wall adjoins the Great Hall. This can be used for serving, or as a reception or display area.
The Great Hall houses a pipe organ and Steinway grand piano. Either of these instruments can be used for events, but any such use must be coordinated through the Church musician.
A fully equipped Kitchen abuts the Great Hall. It is fully equipped with commercial appliances, including an eight burner gas stove with two ovens, a commercial convection oven, and a refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The kitchen can be used to prepare meals on site, or as support for catering services.
The Fellowship Hall is the next largest meeting space in the building. It can seat approximately 90 for a meeting, or 72 at round tables for dining. It is also equipped with a small grand piano which can be used by prior arrangement.
The Hex Room (for its six-sided shape) is suitable for small meetings or receptions. It can seat a maximum of 48 at round tables and about the same number without tables.
The building has ample rest rooms, spacious entryways and corridors, and is set on two acres of open land. There is parking for 70 automobiles.
Rates are per four hour block of time and include use of tables and chairs, and basic set up and clean up. A $ 50 reservation fee is required at the time of booking, with balances due one week before the event.
